The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Group is open to individuals ages 18 and up that are interested in developing effective skills for coping in general. This group is divided into four modules: Core Mindfulness Skills, Distress Tolerance Skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills and Emotion Regulation Skills.

We’ll use Mindfulness (practices, awareness, self-compassion, acceptance) and other strategies to cope more effectively, to move beyond suffering and to utilize our strengths and values to create a richer and more fulfilling life.
