You do not need a referral to access psychotherapy services at NSTN. Individuals and families are welcome to contact us directly to request an appointment.

When helping you find a therapist, we may consider:

• What you’re looking for support with
• Your age or the age of your child
• The type of service you’re seeking
• Therapist experience and areas of focus
• In-person or virtual preferences
• Scheduling and availability
• Insurance or funding requirements
• Budget and low-cost options

If you already have a therapist in mind, you are welcome to request them when contacting us.

Fees

At North Simcoe Therapy Network, we believe mental health care should be transparent and accessible. Fees vary depending on the clinician, type of service, and length of appointment.

You will be informed of the applicable fee before beginning services so you know what to expect.
