DESCRIPTION:The Senior’s Group is open to individuals over the age of 55 that are looking for support surrounding their mental health and wellness. The group is being offering on Tuesday mornings from 10:00-11:15am at the NSTN location. The group runs in four week modules and is $125 for the full four weeks (5 hours). This group is facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist. The cost of the group may be covered under extended health care benefits. Please check with your insurance provider prior to registering.
