SUMMARY:Young Adults Group (18-24)
DESCRIPTION:The Young Adults Group is open to individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 that are looking for support surrounding their mental health and wellness. This group is being offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:45pm at the NSTN location. The group runs in four week modules and is $125 for the full four weeks (5 hours). This group is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker. The cost of the group may be covered under extended health care benefits. Please check with your insurance provider prior to registering.
